Jeffrey E. Chod grew up in Denver, Colorado and graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in May, 1994 with a B.A. in Psychology. After college, Jeffrey moved to San Francisco, California and worked as a clerk for a reputable law firm in preparation of attending law school in August 1995. Since graduating from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 1998, Jeffrey has represented the rights of injured individuals from over 30 states, has first and second chaired jury trials to verdict in 7 states, and has extensive litigation and trial experience in both state and federal courts throughout the country. Jeffrey has been a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) since 1999 and the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys (ARLA) since 2007. Since 2012 Jeffrey has served as an ARLA Board member, Executive Board member, and was elevated to the President of ARLA for the 2019-2020 term.
